The ACREL Report: Pre-Negotaited PSA (December 2022)

The Acquisitions Committee of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers has been working on a project to create a pre-negotiated purchase agreement form that will streamline the commercial real estate sales process. This Report includes the current draft of the base PSA form as of December 31, 2022, along with other information that may be useful when using that form.
