In this live webinar, Jeff Rink, Managing Director, Public Finance at KeyBanc Capital Markets, and ACREL Fellow Scott Ziance of the Vorys law firm will demystify and simplify tax increment financing (TIF).  They will describe the three typical TIF objectives and explain how to maximize TIF benefits through application of a methodical approach to design an optimal TIF structure.

After this session, attendees will be better positioned to ask the right questions to identify opportunities to maximize value for their clients.
